One of the highlights of the consortium, which took place at the beginning of February in Besancon, France, was the presentation of a new endoscope from Medtech Statice. Its development uses a revolutionary FME solution fluorescence molecular endoskopy for tracking IBD drugs in the gut. Testing has measured in only a few months from now. Seeing how well all aspects of the project are developing spiked our enthusiasm to tackle the next challenges. The meeting was spiced up by an IP & Innovation training from the consortoiums partner LaNova – also for PhD students joining remotely. A lot was achieved, more is yet to come.
